Based on the novel by Stieg Larsson and the first of three films. It's very exciting and is update on the murder mystery. A journalist teams up with a young hacker to solve the disappearance of CEO's niece. Quentin Tarantino has talked about remaking these films into American versions. The film is great and perfectly sets up The Girl Who Played With Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, the second/third film. Noomi Rapace who plays Lisbeth is an actress to look out for.
