Milla Jovovich will return in her last installment of the franchise. Afterlife will be the fourth film in the series, it will not only have it's original director back but also will be in 3D. The same 3D camera crew that worked on Avatar will be working on the movie. It will have Alice and her group of clones directly going after Albert Wesker and The Umbrella Corporation. Anderson has stated it will take place in Tokyo and Antarctica. Jason O'Mara will return as Wesker and will be the film's main villain.
Ali Larter will more than likely return as Claire Redfield. Fans have been petitioning for the return of Jill Valentine played by Sienna Guillory. Appearently, Guillory was open to return for Extinction but had a shooting conflict.
CASTING RUMORS:
Jensen Ackles (Dark Angel, My Bloody Valentine 3D) is rumored to be playing Leon Kennedy.
Australian actor Charlie Clausen as Chris Redfield.
Eva Mendez is rumored to be playing Excella Gionne.
