YahooUK is reporting that Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto will play a Bond girl in the next untitled Bond movie. Pinto is currently starting production on the Greek mythology epic War of The Gods. The article claims that Olivia Wilde (Tron Legacy) will play a UN worker based in Afghanistan. Olivia will co-star with Craig in the Jon Favreau (Iron Man) blockbuster Cowboys & Aliens which shoots this summer. The only thing that is bothering me is that they still list Sam Mendes as the film's director when he's only been hired for consulting by producers. The film is rumored to be set in Afghanistan focusing on the war and the illegal heroin drug trade that is run within the country.
