Deadline Hollywood reports that Gerard Bulter, Colin Ferrell and Matthew Fox are the frontrunners for the lead in Consent To Kill. The film is based on the novel by Vince Flynn and will be directed by Antoine Fuqua (Training Dy, Brooklyn's Finest). It's expected to become similar to the Bond, Bourne and Jack Ryan franchises.
