IESB is reporting that Megan Fox and Kristen Stewart were approached to play Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider reboot both passed on the project.
Laurence Fishburne (Predators) will also join the impressive cast of Steven Soderbergh's Contagion.
IESB believes that the Conan reboot will be pushing for 3D. The studio is presently looking for a 3D effects company to handle the project. I believe horror and fantasy are the type of films that fit well with the 3D gimmick. I just hope they don't try gags like MBV which end up looking ridiculous on the DVD/Blu Ray. Conan is the type of franchise that will live or die by the DVD sales. If they're serious about bringing back the franchise I hope they're making a quality action flick and not just jumping on the bandwagon.
Writer/director Oren Moverman (The Messenger) has been hired to rewrite the Kurt Cobain biopic.
Jesper Christensen who plays Mr. White in the recent Bond films told MI6 his character won't be returning for the next installment. He went on to bash both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace calling both films "shit".
MTV asked screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick if Cobra's Crimson Twins will be in G.I. Joe 2. Their rection was enough for the reoprter to believe they could show up.
