Vulture is reporting that the Huges brothers (From Hell) who recently helmed The Book of Eli are in talks with Warner Bros. to direct the live-action adaption of Akira. The script is written by Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby who previously wrote Iron Man. I'm not sure how I feel about the project until they start casting the film.
