It looks like Warner Bros. is adding to the impressive behind the scenes crew hiring Sony Pictures Imgeworks. While it hasn't been revealed I expect some of the characters will be CGI/motion. Seeing what the company has been able to do with the Spider-Man franchise and Watchmen they're the perfect digital effects studio to bring all aspects of the Green Lantern universe to life.
Imageworks previously worked on the motion capture effects for Watchmen. Their work on Spider-Man 2 earned them an Oscar. Other films include Superman Returns, Starship Troopers, Speed Racer, Alice In Wonderland, LOTR: The Two Towers, Matrix Reloaded/Revolutions and 2012.
