MTV has learned that James McAvoy has left the new cancer themed comedy I'm With Cancer which will be directed by Jonathan Levine (The Wackness). While I have high hopes for the project I felt that McAvoy seemed an odd choice for the lead. Now they've replaced him with Joesph Gordon-Levitt (500 Days of Summer, Inception). I have no doubts that Joesph is the perfect person for the role. He will co-star with Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick (Up In The Air) and Bryce Dallas Howard.
