It looks like Warner Bros. isn't waiting for Bryan Singer to finish both Jack The Giant Killer and X-Men: First Class. They're developing another Excalibur project which differs from Singer's remake of the 1981 film. Pajiba also reports Guy Ritchie could end up directing the movie. Ritchie recently was dropped from Lobo to focus on Sherlock Holmes 2 which is shooting this summer. Warner Bros. seems to be eager to get the film into production and aren't waiting three-four years for Singer. Singer is also interested in making a Battlestar Galactica film. When he decided to take on X-Men: First Class I'm sure he was going to have to drop projects to do it.
