British actor Stephen Graham might join the cast of Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. I loved him in Snatch and even more so as the devious Baby Face Nelson in Public Enemies. The film is already impressive with Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush returning along with new additions Penelope Cruz and Ian McShane. Production Weekly reports the actor is in talks.
