Darren Aronofsky (Requiem For A Dream) is already developing a remake of Robocop and starting production on Black Swan. Now he's developing a film based on the largest cash robbery in history. The project seems a perfect fit for Aronofsky who could end up directing. Considering the massive international praise The Wrestler got, I expect a large amount of acting talent interested in the film.
“the daring robbery of the Securitas Depot in Tonbridge on February 22nd 2006, a £53 Million Sterling score (around $86 million US) thought to be masterminded by former mixed martial arts fighter and UFC star ‘Lightning’ Lee Murray.”
Casting Thoughts

I could see Christian Bale playing the lead. It would be nice to see Bale playing a robber rather than a character trying to catch them. I'm expecting this to keep it's British setting.

Other actors I could see cast include Tom Hardy (Bronson), Dominic West (The Wire) and Sean Bean (Patriot Games).
