The sequel being the mindless yet fun and entertaining action flick it was. I believe we'll be seeing at least one more installment. Without giving away too much about the movie it's safe to say a third film is a possibility. While the second film is a lot more bizarre than the original it sets up the "Crank universe".
As long as we see more Chev and less wacky Godzilla sequences this could become a great cult franchise. Neveldine and Taylor understand their target audience and deliver the action goods even on cheap. After High Voltage, I can't wait for their next movie Citizen Game (Sept 4th).
