THR is confirming the previous rumblings that actress Shailene Woodley had been wanted for Mary Jane Watson in The Amazing Spider-Man franchise. It's looks like a deal could be made and she would have a brief appearance in Amazing Spider-Man 2 leading to a take over of the love interest role in Amazing Spider-Man 3.
