It's official, Josh Trank who was long rumored for the directing gig for Fox's Fantastic Four reboot has been confirmed by Deadline. Trank gave Fox sleeper hit with his debut film Chronicle and would later be attached to direct Sony's Venom spin-off. HeatVision also reports that newcomer Jeremy Slater will write the script. Let's just hope they save us from rehashing the origin with a opening scene/title sequence.
